Join the Global Partners to set the vision for Scope 3 action
Supply chain emissions are, on average, 11.4 times greater than operational emissions, yet only 41% of companies reported emissions for at least one Scope 3 category, according to the CDP Supply Chain Report 2022.Making up 75 – 90% of a company’s emissions on average, Scope 3 action is needed now more than ever, and more companies are starting to tackle the issue.
Many forward-looking companies are approaching their Scope 3 emissions through joining the Value Change Initiative, specifically as Global Partners. The Value Change Initiative (VCI) has three levels of membership, General Members, Implementation Partners and Global Partners (also referred to as Corporate Advisory Group members).
Joining as a Global Partner allows companies to lead and set the vision for Scope 3 collaboration, as well as drive the strategic direction of the VCI. Global Partners ensure their priorities are addressed, get to connect with other leading organisations, and receive insight into Scope 3 action taken by peers.
